At any time of the year for the practical and the theoretical courses. There are no dates to start the training for compulsory sessions in class as in competition.

The Gatineau airport provides the perfect setting to learn to fly due to his spacious facilities and a 6'000 ft long asphalt runway.

The Gatineau-Ottawa Flying Club Inc. is a flying school certified by Transport Canada and based at the Gatineau airport (CYND) since 2011.
Our flying school will offer the best flight training conditions and low prices within a 100 km radius.
We give our students the theoretical and practical knowledge they need to become pilots, from the recreational pilot permit to the commercial pilot license and the flight instructor rating.

The Cessna 150 is equipped with a steering wheel for a more intuitive and efficient piloting. The transition to float planes will be simpler because of these aircrafts have high wings.
Cross-country flights are easier with a Cessna 150 because downward visibility is better and navigation is simpler.

The high wings make learning how to land in cross-winds easier because the aircraft can lean a lot more during landing because its wings are shorter. The high wings produce a ground effect smaller than that of the low wings and, thereby, allow the precise landings.
The Cessna 150 is the most popular training aircraft in the world and the safest in operation. It was produced in 23.839 copies and sold around the world. It is used by numerous military air forces as a trainer for their pilots. Among those air forces is the US Air Force, which use two C150M equipped with an engine boosted to 150 HP for training and competition.
